I’ve supported people around the world through these journeys, holding grounded space for deep emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and subconscious shifts. Whether this is your first session or your tenth, your experience will always be shaped around you.

Once you book, you’ll receive a short form so I can get a sense of where you’re at, what you’re moving through, and what support you need most right now. This helps me personalise the session to your needs.

Below are the pathways you can choose from:

🌿 Option 1: Transformational Breathwork (Somatic Release)

A deep, immersive journey for when you’re ready to shift, release, and expand.

This style of breathwork uses rhythmic breathing to support you in:

Moving emotional energy
Clearing subconscious blocks
Accessing deeper awareness
Creating powerful internal change

Perfect if: you’re craving a breakthrough, emotional release, support in “letting go,” or a transformative experience.

Reminder: This style is more activating and may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.

Contraindications: Transformational breathwork may not be suitable if you have heart or cardiovascular conditions, high or unstable blood pressure, a history of seizures or aneurysms, severe asthma, osteoporosis, are pregnant, or are currently navigating significant mental health challenges.

If any of these apply, or if you’re unsure — please choose Option 3 so we can chat first, or select a Restorative Breathwork session instead.

🌙 Option 2: Restorative Breathwork (Downregulation / Parasympathetic-Focused)

A slow, gentle, and deeply calming breathwork journey designed to soothe your system and regulate your emotions, using breathing techniques to be in the "rest & digest" side of the nervous system to support your body in feeling safe again.

Deep relaxation and rest — without having to “try”
Rewiring your brain for healthier breathing patterns
Emotional release without overwhelm
A gentle return to clarity, ease, and self-trust

This session is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or needing grounded support.

Perfect if: you want to feel centred, calm, safe, and deeply relaxed. ( and have a great sleep!) This option is safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions or sensitivities.
